What To Expect


Each class will be different.  I like to use a variety of exercises to keep your muscles engaged and also to make things fun for you.  And by fun, I don't mean you'll be laughing and loving life.  You will probably hate me.  That's what I want. :)  It's also what you want, so that your body will transform into what you want.
During class we will use your own body weight, bands, and even other class members weight for resistance.  Cardio is incorporated throughout class.  Expect to be moving all class.
Every fitness level will find a challenge.  Through modifications, every person will be able to perform the exercises at the proper work level. 

We are doing class at a park where there are basketball hoops, playground equipment, and rock wall for little ones to play on.  The only supervision will be what you provide.  If you aren't comfortable with letting them play, a stroller might be a good thing to bring along.  The area is small so children will be in view at all times.   There isn't a major road around the park either, so traffic should not be an issue.

WHAT TO BRING:

Running/athletic shoes, water bottle, towel (if you don't want to lay on the grass), stroller for your child or other items to keep them entertained, and yourself are all that are needed for class.

Your enrollment fee covers class instruction time and all equipment necessary for each class.


While class is a great way to get in your work out for the day, adding 30 minutes or more of cardio 2-3 times a week will give you optimal fitness.
