Session one is almost over! But don't be sad.  Session two is just around the corner.  Starting session two the option of attending class twice a week or three times a week is being offered. Nutrition counseling is also being offered.  And the biggest change is the TIME.  With school being out and the summer heat approaching, we will be meeting earlier.  I can't wait to see you at class!
