Helpful Hints on Portion Sizes
-two thumbs together, side by side =  2 tablespoons
-1 cupped hand = 1/2 cup
-2 cupped hands= 1 cup
-one palm= 3 oz
-one fist= 1 cup (8 oz) water

You also want to eat 300 calories after class within 40 minutes.
Before class try to eat about an hour before class time.
Eat plenty of fruits of vegtables everyday.
Drink LOTS of water. Dehydration can manifest as hunger.  So make sure you are hydrated to avoid overeating.
