Group Class
Please see the course schedule for times, dates, and place. Cost is $5 per class. Viewing Policies and What to expect will also give you an idea of class structure and payment info.
Nutrition
Nutrition Counseling for $20 a month. A caloric assessment will be done to optimize your nutritional intake. Also a diet analysis to see if there are any deficiencies and ways we can improve your current diet.
Private Session
Private training in 45 minute blocks are available. I will try to fit in as many clients as possible. Cost is $10 per session. Please email me or talk to me at class about setting this up.
